Changes and Fixes for "Open Team Battle" Conquest
- Improved Enlisting logic to remove overhang players based on the order they had enlisted and whether they are meeting tech requirements (previously, only tech requirements were considered). So if you enlist late, you are more likely to be removed as overhang, or if team sizes exceed the maximum limit.
- Fixed UI issue in Enlisting view that caused some pilot names to not be colored green when they should have been.
