Yesterday at 13:00 / 1 PM UTC+2, we had deployed a game update that caused problems with our running RavenDynamics VII event.

Today we are providing an overview of how we are handling items that were lost in the update.

While most of you were able to continue playing the event later on without any issue, some among you who had already obtained items that had been newly introduced with the event found that they were missing. Some of you were briefly unable to get back in the game at all.

(/) By now, we have restored the following items to all affected accounts:
  • Sirius Ancient Corruption Cloud; blueprint plus cryonite required for purchase
  • Sirius Ancient Long Corruption Cloud; blueprint plus cryonite required for purchase
  • Sirius Ancient Strong Corruption Cloud; blueprint plus cryonite required for purchase
  • RDX-10 Blazing Lava; blueprint plus all cryonite that was used in building the ship:
    • Purchase
    • Armor upgrades
    • Creating/renaming ship configurations
    • Installed items
    • Additional drone slots
    • Additional cortex slots
    • Color pattern customization
(/) By now, all pilots who were briefly unable to get back in the game can play again.

:!: The following items cannot be restored by us directly; please contact support about these starting Monday, Sep 21:

  • Drones that were installed in RDX-10 spaceships
    • Please compile this information for support:
      • Drone name/type and level
      • Which server were you playing on at that time?
      • What is the name of your character on that server?
      • When and how did you get the item?
  • Cortexes that were installed in RDX-10 spaceships
    • Please compile this information for support:
      • Cortex name/type
      • Which server were you playing on at that time?
      • What is the name of your character on that server?
      • When and how did you get the item?
