Changes & Fixes

Mantis Rocketeers in the Sol system have been reminded how to properly respond to attacks on them.
Improved client stability on zone/map changes.
Improved response speed for UI and access times of previously loaded resources. The actual increase in responsiveness varies depending on game code implementation (not all parts of the UI may benefit in the same way).
Improved caching of previously loaded assets until defined memory budget is reached. This change results in shorter loading times when revisiting recently loaded zones.
