Reactor Challenge Evaluation Fix
- Fixed a bug that could cause a number of problems during scoreboard evaluation such as scoreboard entries getting corrupted and rewards not being handed out.
- The Spaceball mission on Earth (in unrest) can now also be flown with level 99 equipment.
